  • We have negotiated a special rate at the Walper Terrace Hotel - Just two blocks away. Just call Matt Delorey, the sales manager at: 519-745-4321 x186 and tell him you are coming in for the Chess Tournament. He will give you a special rate of $89 per room.

You can register online here (scroll down). Once you have registered, please be prepared to come before the first round to check in and pay the registration fees onsite. Pre-Registration here will hold the pre-registration fee rate for you.

Note that this constitutes your registration for the KW Winter Open. If the registered player does not check in 1/2 hour before first game (without prior arrangements), he/she will not be paired.

We will do our utmost to accommodate requests, but may be bound by the requirements of the tournament.
